- Form 1.1: Changes in a Course (course prefix, number, title, prerequisites or description)
- Form 1.2: Minor Editorial Updates in Program Description (Updates and correction of typographical errors to program description, no changes in program requirements)
- Form 1.3: Typographical Errors or Change in Faculty Listing

Catalog Changes Effective 2026-2027
- September 18, 2025: System opens for all forms
- October 16, 2025: Deadline for faculty to submit proposals in their home departments
- October 26, 2025: Deadline for Chairs of Department Academic Affairs Committees to send their recommendations to Department Chairs
- October 30, 2025: Deadline for Department Chairs to send their recommendations to School Academic Affairs Committees
- December 15, 2025: Deadline for Chairs of the School Academic Affairs Committees to send their recommendations to School Deans
- January 15, 2026: Deadline for School Deans to send their recommendations to Senate Curriculum Affairs Committee
- February 10, 2026: Deadline for the Senate Curriculum Affairs Committee to send its recommendations for new programs to the Provost Council
- March 10, 2026: Deadline for the Provost Council to return its recommendations for new programs to the Senate Curriculum Affairs Committee
- April 30, 2026: Deadline for the Senate to send last batch of academic resolutions and proposals to the President for decision
- June 1, 2026: Deadline for decision by the President on academic resolutions recommended by the Senate
- July 2026: Implementation of approved curriculum changes in Catalog of 2026-2027
Additional Dates for Catalog Changes Effective 2027-2028
- September 18, 2025: Submit Concept Note to SMIE to start feasibility study process
- September 25, 2025: Finalize Requirements for Market Analysis Survey
- October 2, 2025: Return Feasibility Template with all needed information to SMIE
- October 16, 2025: Survey Closed
- October 23, 2025: Complete Feasibility Study Report and send back to Departments
- October 10, 2026: Deadline for Departments to submit their budget accommodating for the new program(s)
- October 31, 2026: Deadline for Schools to submit their budget accommodating for the new program(s), (System opens Oct 10, 2026)
- July 2027: Implementation of approved new programs in Catalog of 2027-2028
